In order to be taken into account in the computations, the bonds must be linked to a promissory note bond taken out more than 10 month ago, using credits taken out up to 31 May 2012.
Prosper Note research shows that Prosper Note yields have shown enhanced resilience in the past after reaching the ten-month mark. This is why we offer seasonal return, i. e. return for notes at the minimum of 10 month of service. The return is calculated by aggregating all loan repayments less repayments, loan loss and service cost for such borrowings and dividing them by the weighted daily total amount of total debt outstanding.
The annualisation of this accumulated yield is done by dividing it by the dollar-weighted mean maturity of the credits in terms of the number of working days and then multiplying it by 365. They were all calculated as at 30 September 2013. A Seasoned Returns is not necessarily an indicator of the expected returns of bonds.
