Permitted / Prohibited Media: iPage, ipage, IPage, Ipage, i-page and all variants of the brand name " iPage " commissions may not be payable on the Qualifying Purchase if the Referred Customer has been provided or obtained vouchers, rebates, credit notes or rebates by the Affiliate, or if the Referred Customer has entered into a commercial opportunities programme (at iPage's option ) administered or entered by the Affiliate, unless iPage has given its previous consent in writing.
IPage retains the right, in its absolute judgment, to retain a commission for an indefinite period of time and/or to revoke or refuse a commission for clients who engage in "domain speculation", as defined by the identity of more than two (2) webhosting accounts in the same name of the referred client that have no contents on their websites.
