Do your first API call | | | AdWords API
| Google Developer
It opens the doors to take full benefit of the AdWords-API. It uses Java and Eclipse, but you can use the locale and clients of your choosing. Configure your own user interface by providing some necessary authentification information, create some test accounts, and add the authentification and bank information to a config for your clients libraries.
When the configuration filename is setup, you are prepared to make invocations against the AP. Get a development kernel to use. Go get a customer service catalog. Use OAuth2 to authenticate. Obtain an OAuth2 Fresh Tokens and reconfigure your clients. Google's development ticker allows your application to link to the AdWords-API.
And if you haven't done so yet, follow the registration procedure to obtain a development token. Please see the registration guidelines. Once you have registered, you will be given a development ID that has not yet been authorized. Please note: While you wait for your development Token to be authorized, you can immediately begin development of the outstanding Tokens you obtained during registration by using a Testmanager subscription (see below).
Before you can use your outstanding developmentoken with productive Google Ads account, it must be validated. Follow the following instructions to set up a Test Manager trial customer login, trial customer login, and some trial customer filling campaign. Visit the Google Ads Managers Contacts page and set up a Testmanager Contacts.
You can use the Google Ads interface to set up a trial customer using the trial management regimen provided above. When you sign in to Google Ads as a Test Managers customer you' ll be able to test all the customer profiles you sign up for. Set up a few test camps under the trial customer in the Google Ads interface.
Make a note and store the number of the test user's user for the new test user account: You' ll be adding this to your configuration later. Please note: The term "client" here means a Google Ads subscriber and not the type of client-side applications you will be building. If you are making queries against the Test Manager user accounts, use the Development Tokens of your Test Manager user accounts.
Although not yet authorized, the security voucher still works on test account, even those you just made. Clients manage all back-end-API calls for you and provide easy-to-use items for your work, complete with sample codes for virtually all popular programming languages. Otherwise, we will now go through the suggested set-up for the clients library.

We' ll be setting up the OAuth2 sign-in information in the next stage. You need your application to be able to access your users' information and connect to other Google search engines on your behalf. What's more, your application must be able to connect to other Google search engines. OAuth2 authentification allows your application to work in the name of your OAuth2 accounts. In order for your application to be able to access your application programming interface, you need an OAuth2 customer ID and a customer credential.
Please note: "Client" in this case means your customer application and not a Google Ads customer area. Once you've signed in with your Managers ID, go to the Google API Console Credits page. and then OAuth Customer ID. If you are asked to specify a name for the products on the Approval dialog, click Configure Approval dialog, enter the information you want, and click Store to go back to the Login Information dialog.
In the AdWords API, Other is the choice for an existing AdWords workflow. OAuth2 customer ID and customer secrecy are displayed. In the next stage, you will want to include it in your config files. Since OAuth2 will expire after a certain period of inactivity, an OAuth2 refresher is used to replace the OAuth2 account with a new one at the same rate.
Select the register card for the program you are using and click on it. Following the directions, create an OAuth2 refresh preset and setup the config for your CUSTOMER. In GitHub, obey these directions to obtain an OAuth2 refreshing ticket and reconfigure the OAuth2 clients libraries. Once the process is complete, your adS: property should contain everything you need for test calls to thePI, and should contain similar value to the following:
