Although Google is not accountable for, or able to control, the activities of any individual business, we value and require our advertiser to provide services to our customers.
When you have a complaints about an advertiser's products or services, you should consult the advertisers or the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Affairs department in the town where the business is based. You can fill out our complaints forms if you have not had any first-hand experiences with an advertisers but would like to complain about a poor behaviour of an advertisers.

We will work with the affiliate to make sure they do not breach our guidelines. Responsibility is a fundamental tenet of Google Ads, and focussing on the best for the advertisers is the best long-term course for third people working with Google Ads.
