Copying and pasting of advertisements, ad groups, catchwords and promotions

Rather than create new adverts, catchwords, ad groups and promotions every single times you want to enhance your ad quality, you can reduce your effort by duplicating your current adverts, ad groups, catchwords and promotions. You can, for example, copy an exisiting ad to use as a model for a new ad group, or you can copy a word key from one ad group to another, giving you a competitive edge in setting up the word key of your new ad group.

Copy the campain and then change one of the copied ones. This way you begin with the same layout and with the same preferences for your ad groups, advertisements and keys. Log in to your Google Accounts. Click on All Courses in the navigational bar on the far right. Click in the side menue on the leftside on Kampagnen.

Activate the checkbox next to the desired campain you want to copy. In the Edit drop-down list, choose Copy (or Control-C for PC, Command-C for Mac). When you click the Insert button (or Control-V for PC's, Command-V for Mac's), the system displays the following error messages Optionally: In the displayed dialogue field, tick the Stop new launches after insertion checkbox to generate new launches that will be stopped.

Select this option if you do not want all copy jobs that were copy jobs to become paste jobs. You will now receive a new ad that has the same look and feel as your initial ad (including your targeted preferences, bidding strategy, bad catchwords and more). Optionally: In the displayed dialogue select the checkbox next to Stop new catchwords after insertion to generate new actions that will be stopped. If you do not select this option, copying a keyword that was enabled when it was copy will be enabled when you insert it. Press Insert. If you copy a keyword, it will use the money of the marketing tool in which you insert it.

Failure to select this option will cause keyword copy that was enabled when copying to be enabled when pasting. How to copy advertisements to another ad group: Log in to your Google Accounts. Click on All Courses in the navigational bar on the far right. Click View and Enhancements in the side panel on the far right.

Select the box next to the advertisements you want to copy. From the Edit drop-down list, select Copy (or Control-C for PC, Command-C for Mac). Click Ad Groups on the side panel on the leftside. Select the ad group or groups to which you want to add the copyes.

Select the box next to the ad groups you want to copy. From the Edit drop-down list, select Copy (or Control-C for PC, Command-C for Mac).

Click in the side menue on the leftside on Kampagnen. Select the ad group you want to insert the ad groups into. When you click the Insert button (or Control-V for PC's, Command-V for Mac's), the system displays the following error messages Optionally: In the displayed dialogue select the Stop new ad groups after insertion option to generate new ad groups that will be stopped.

Select this option if you do not want a copy of an ad group that was copy enabled to be insert enabled. Copy and past more than one ad group, ad group, ad and keyboard at a time. Instead of selecting the checkbox next to just one ad group, ad, campain or tag, select more than one checkbox.
